喂,人地有條片搵左個Youtuber 拍,就一日已經有四百幾萬View,
我係咪搵個出名嘅Youtuber 搞就得?
既然你識得問我係咪用KOL而唔係問我係咪淨係落AD 就得,好! 就盡管答下你。

社交媒體的年代,每個人都可以成為一個媒體,
更好嘅解釋係: 人地講一句,好過你講十萬句。

「所以一個有影響力嘅人或者品牌係呢個年代係會更加有影響力。」

有人會覺得係威脅,有人會覺得係機遇,
但可以肯定嘅係,無人可以避開呢個熱潮。
所以近幾年多左唔少品牌係策略上都開始轉營。

GoPro-Coupons

好似GoPro 咁,係近年最適應呢個新浪潮嘅品牌之一。
以前賣相機,大家都只會專注係規格與技術上面,
但係GoPro 就偏偏走近用戶,唔講技術,以滿足用戶社交需要為先。
所以由佢地由賣產品到做埋Content Provider 到建立自已嘅社交群組,整套思路目的最後都係想透過滿足用戶社交需要,從而令用戶去創造唔同嘅內容令自己品牌曝光擴到最大。

淺淡廿一世紀營銷法則

正當企業在遲疑利用社交媒體去進行營銷的時候,很多人已經在不同的媒介進行銷售。看看以下這個故事吧。

呢幾個禮拜,因為花旗國股市不斷發出「興登堡凶兆」呢個可能會出現股災嘅信號,又因為孫柏文係咁叫大家留意呢樣嘢,所以上個禮拜一早上見自己糧尾有錢剩,就用剩番嘅現金買咗恒指熊證。作為一個廿一世紀嘅人,我要話俾啲朋友知有咁嘅舉動,唔使打電話公告天下,只要喺Facebook寫一句「已瞓身買恒指熊」就得。 咁作為大明燈嘅我,一公告天下已認定方向,就即刻引來唔少反應。大多數朋友都留言:「咁就要大手買升啦!」之類嘅說話。喺眾多留言中,有位朋友就喺當晚好簡單寫:「輪證6xxxx?或6xxxx?或6xxxx?」哈,呢位係邊個?咪就係瑞銀UBS衍生工具部總陀主于正人。 我一睇,即刻喺佢個留言㩒個like掣。冇辦法,當有人咁有心喺應該已放咗工嘅時間,上Facebook呢啲原本係娛樂嘅活動,都不忘工作力推自己嘅產品,就一定要like。因like掣已㩒,心中亦已知于正人有幾勤力,原本諗住就咁算數。點知到翌日禮拜二晏晝,恒指跌逾兩百點收市後嘅四點半,于兄又留言話:「Well done,今日3隻6xxxx升逾15%………」 嘩!一睇,我都忍唔住要留言覆于兄。你話輪商賣廣告叫你買邊隻都算,仲要有售後服務,話你知升咗幾多。你買咗嘅就俾佢谷吓個ego,冇買嘅就會俾佢引發各人心中都有嘅貪婪去追貨。 最重要係,使出呢招人盯人式嘅推輪方法,對象居然係我呢個用糧尾買貨嘅小戶!各位做前線嘅讀者,一定要學吓于生,因到時你用公司電腦上Facebook,都可揸正旗話自己做緊嘢。嗰啲IT部會封鎖Facebook嘅公司,係時候知道會少咗幾多機會。咁我喺留言最尾,就同于兄話要今日同大家分享呢個經歷。 于兄一見我咁講,就最後留言:「記得呀孫柏文,投資涉及風險,價格可升可跌,投資前請看看相關文件。」 如果齋喺報紙賣廣告,上電視、電台做節目去推產品,你只不過係個識跟二十世紀遊戲規則嘅推銷員,而于正人就係廿一世紀嘅輪商。識玩廿一世紀嘅遊戲規則,可將勢頭完全扭轉。 如呢排勁熱嘅網上短片,有位港女抱住隻狗喺的士上擾攘,因的士司機要求呢位女士幫隻哥基犬(corgi)戴番個口罩。倘係二十世紀,嗰位女士會贏晒,因佢扮晒想喊咁揸住個電話,唔知打俾邊個話:「我好驚呀!唔知佢(個司機)會點呀!」點知司機一開手機鏡頭對住她,好冷靜咁講:「我只希望妳幫隻狗戴番個口罩,同埋我已經拍下過程。」就即刻勁過傷風藥咁幫呢位女士收乾鼻水同眼淚。 港女同絕大部分嘅輪商,都仲係跟緊二十世紀嘅遊戲規則,的士司機同于正人就明廿一世紀點玩,你呢?

大家看完了,有甚麼感想嗎?以下,我用簡單的文字去看看我的想法。

  1. 社交媒體己經是趨勢 – 廿一世紀,人們對傳統體廣告的抗性越來越提高,以致從廣告去達成行銷目標的效率越來越低。社交媒體之所以開始盛行,原因之一,是因為網上的社交平台能夠令產品走出原有行銷的框架,將不同產品資訊慢慢地置入到用戶的生活之中。如果行銷得宜,用戶便會在不知不覺間對該產品漸漸產生一種歸屬感。就以上個案,于正人的一句就遠遠比每日在傳統媒體所落的廣告更容易命中他的客戶,這解釋了為何社交媒體將會成為行銷人新一代的工具,亦是當前行銷人要懂得駕馭的技術。
  2. 社交媒體是為你的客戶給予價值 – 與其說這是TIPS,倒過來,我會認為這個是一個法則。傳統媒體大多單向而行,而現在的新興媒體主張互動,品牌主動與客戶做朋友,只因數據說明,客戶多信從朋友或家人的意見去消費。加上人們的Buying Behavior 己經改變,客戶會在購買前搜集有關資料才進行決定。所以在客戶有需求前,反過來送上解決問題的方案,會是決勝的關鍵。你看,于生不是成功了嗎?
  3. 一個Opinion Leader的重要性 ﹣ Seth Godin 在Purple Cow 說過” Find ten people, Ten people who trust you/respect you/need you/listen to you…Those ten people need what you have to sell, or want it. And if they love it, you win. If they love it, they’ll each find you ten more people (or a hundred or a thousand or, perhaps, just three). Repeat.” ,這十個人就是Opinion leader。找到這些Opinion Leader 可以為你的營銷策略達至最高效果。這個案例中,孫柏文就擔當了這個角式,那麼你明了嗎?
  4. 要依規則去行走 ﹣ 別以為互聯網沒有任何法則,每一個地方,都有其一套規則;每一個社群,都有其潛在法則。看一看前排RUBY同早前的趙燕萍小姐你便知道,要是你越了那條底線誤用社交媒體,要負出的遠遠會超出你所想像。

How to Customize a Fan Page on Facebook

Rock Bands, articles, companies… all we have in common is a Facebook fan page, decorated like all others – boring, insipid and general. We talk about purple cow, we want something to be unique. So what makes your page pop among the others?

The answer is pretty simple, customize your fan page with your own designs and functions. Customizing makes your own fan page stand out. You can also engage your fans more easily with the tailor-made service available. Remember, a unique fan page helps build your reputation. First from Facebook, to Twitter, to Digg or just any others social networking sites. YOU RULE.

You can see they have their own layout, tab, content,  and even a search function!
How can they do that?
Well, the crappy API provided by Facebook might satisfy your needs.But the coding part must be a headache to some of the marketing people without professional training in writing a facebook application. But now,  I have a better way to customize your tab page on facebook

HOW TO MAKE YOUR OWN FACEBOOK PAGE

Ingredients:  Facebook account, your contents (is this bullshit?), a well designed layout by a professional web designer, simple HTML code

Time: less than 10 minutes

How:

1. Login to your facebook account, and go to your fans page.

2. Search for an application called Static FBML or you can access from this link http://www.facebook.com/ap ps/application.php?id=4949 752878

3. Click “Add to my page” in order to add an application to your page.

4. After finish, you will see a new tab appears on your page and named as “FBML”

5. Go to Edit Page, and find the application FBML and select “EDIT”

6. You will go to the application. You can now edit the tab page by using this application. I have entered some dummy html code for testing.

7. Click “Save Changes” after you have finished.

8. Refresh your page again? wOOt! It’s done ! My own tab page by using Static FBML.

Easy Enough? YES, It is less than 10 mins to build a customize page on facebook . However, this is not only it makes your page more unique and customized, it can be more interactive to your community. You can build a polling system, a showcase of your products etc.Use your creativity to build a shining fans page!
